Positive Ambitious Resilient Thoughtful
The ground breaking six week programme is delivered to all of our Year 7 students and includes sessions on challenging negative thoughts, the importance of sleep and diet and using gratitude to build resilience.
The programme has been designed by Birkenhead Sixth Form College and is based on proven scientific research, expert psychology and the practice of mindfulness, which has been shown to improve academic performance and mental wellbeing in students across the country.
