After completing their GCSEs, the natural progression for many of our students is to go on to study A Levels and BTECs at Birkenhead Sixth Form College, which was the 2018 UK Sixth Form College of the Year.

Consistently in the top for A Level results in Wirral and rated as ‘outstanding’ in all areas by Ofsted, the College specialises in ages 16-18 education and is situated just across Birkenhead Park in Claughton Village.

The A Level and BTECs on offer are higher qualifications than GCSEs and are vital for students aiming to go to university, but also open up more and better job opportunities in the future. There is a wide range of subjects to choose from, with 40 different options, and students select three to study.
