Are you up for a challenge?
Each week in STEM Club there will be a new challenge for you to get involved with, based around Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths. This club is provided in partnership with the University of Liverpool. For more information please speak to Miss Clarke or Mr Stitt.
The Idea Club is all about developing digital and enterprise skills through a series of challenges - a bit like the Duke of Edinburgh Award, only digital. You can work towards achieving your Bronze, Silver and Gold Award. For more information please speak to Mrs Orchard.
Would you like to work with a professional dancer?
Every Thursday a dance practitioner from The Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts (LIPA) will be delivering dance sessions for our students. It's lots of fun and a great way to learn a new skill. For more information please speak to Mr Osgood.
The Morning Mile
What better way to start your day than walking or running a mile!
Every morning during your year group's breakfast time there will be the opportunity to take part in The Morning Mile. This will happen on the main yard and will be ran by a member of PE.
We will use The Morning Mile as a training event because soon our school will be taking part in The Race for Life in aid of Cancer Research UK. There will be more information about this closer to the time.
How to join
Clubs will run every week in term time and run from 3-4pm. The same covid secure measures that are in place during the school day will also be in place at the clubs, so please remember to wear your mask and only attend the clubs designated for your year group.
You don't need to sign up for a club - just attend at the time and place on the timetable.
If you would like any more information please speak to Mrs Houghton or the member of staff running the group.
