A young person's career reflects the choices and progress they make in learning and work. Throughout your time in The Birkenhead Park School, you will begin thinking about the next stages of your personal development, considering the options available to you and what paths you may wish to take. Your Post-16 Options

 

Further Education
When you leave school at 16, the natural progression for most of our students is to study A Levels at The Birkenhead Sixth Form College. The Birkenhead Park School is partnered with the college to provide the best possible education for students after completing their GCSEs.

Apprenticeships
An apprenticeship is a way to gain the skills, knowledge and experience you need to get into many careers. They combine work, training and study, letting you ‘earn while you learn’. Apprenticeships are available across a range of areas and more information can be found here.
