The Birkenhead Park School's Great Christmas Bake Off

Before the Christmas break, a group of students each planned, baked and decorated a Christmas Log for their end of term assessment in Food Technology.

Students then entered their festive creations into The Birkenhead Park School’s Great Christmas Bake Off competition, judged by Headteacher, Mrs Johnson, Deputy Head, Mr Foley and Mrs Weekes. Each judge admired the students work and commented on how much effort they had put in to produce each bake.

Student, Sean was announced as the overall winner due to his outstanding Christmas theme and decoration. Best in show was awarded to Matthew for his presentation work and Ethan won the People’s Choice award for his keen eye for detail. Our staff also got involved with our extremely talented Teaching Assistant, Ms Gilfoye winning Star Baker!

Three runner-up prizes were also awarded.
