Gearing up for road safety

The focus of the latest session was on pedestrian safety and crossing the road safely.

The team will be back in March to talk to Year 10 about distractions when out and about, being passengers in cars and the importance of wearing seatbelts.

Subject lead for PSHE  Miss Garnett said: “The students always enjoy these sessions and it’s really important that they understand the dangers of the road  as a pedestrian and if they are in a vehicle.”
