Students compete in Athletics Event

The 12 students took part in long jump, howler throw, 200m sprint and 50m sprint and put in great performances.

The Year 8 girls were also leaders on the day and were extremely helpful and professional working with the other schools.

Subject Lead for PE, Miss Ponton said: “All the students were brilliant and were praised so much for their behaviour and effort, they made me really proud. We’re still waiting to find out exact times and places for the events but most importantly they all enjoyed the day and were a credit to the school.”
