The students were given a choice of which two countries to choose from, after deciding on Mexico and Italy they then spent time researching the food, different tastes and culture surrounding the country’s most popular dishes.

The menu consisted of tacos and nachos with salsa, a four season pizza with homemade dough and salad with dressing. Even the pasta was homemade with a tomato sauce accompanied by garlic bread and all finished off with a chocolate calzone for dessert.

 

Mrs Redmond said “I am so pleased with how well the students have worked together as a team to produce these amazing dishes”

 

The food looked delicious; the kitchen was spotless and smelt great, a massive well done to all of the students involved.
